A sweeping tarred Cat-3 climb on the R328 from the Ruiterbos valley over the Outeniquas to the 853 m summit, threading misty fynbos and superb curve-after-curve views before the drop toward Oudtshoorn. A modern classic of the Southern Cape, built originally by Thomas Bain.
