I was on the cape country unplugged tour had trouble with my E-bike and being in the countryside backup was difficult. Louzanne from Specialized Somerset West drove on the Monday evening in bad weather conditions to Swellendam to assist me with a part needed. I was able to finish my mtb tour because of this selfless and incredible effort from the team at Specialized Somerset West.

I have been taking my bikes there for years now. Its a little pricy but I CANT COMPLAIN about the qaulty of service of staff and the bikes services. EXCELLENT KEEP IT UP.

Unprofessional! I literally was told the staff is too busy to assist me with picking up my cycling club board. Next moment while Im leaving Uber eats arrives and they have a break. It would've taken 2 minutes to assist me!
